Gina
Hinrichs is founder and principal of Hinrichs Consulting, L.L.C which provides Continuous Improvement Technologies.
During the last twenty-five years, Gina has provided consulting for marketing, engineering, manufacturing, and management.
She brings a broad experience to assist clients in achieving the business results and performance improvement demanded by
their organization.
Gina has worked in heavy manufacturing, health care, insurance, education, and other industries. She has led many workshops
and projects to achieve shifts in performance through group and individual sensemaking and process improvement.
Gina consults with a range of organizations from education and social profit organizations to companies more than $20
billion in sales. She works with organizations that want to grow, change, and significantly improve.
Educationally, Gina has a BA in History, a BS in engineering,
an MBA from Northwestern, and MOB (Master’s in Organizational Behavior), and a PhD in Organizational Development. She
is certified in MBTI and executive coaching. Gina has worked for IBM as a Marketing Representative, and held several
increasingly responsible positions during her twenty-three year career with John
Deere. Gina’s final position as Total Quality Manager for Worldwide Combines provided her with a deep appreciation for
quality and change. This led her to become a Lincoln Quality Examiner. Her career and client experience combine to provide
a rich understanding of processes and organizations to facilitate change. Gina
is an Adjunct On-line Professor for Capella University
and Lawrence Tech University. She teaches management courses combining theory, critical thinking,
and practical experience to prepare emerging business leaders.
Gina has been honored as a member of Who’s Who of America,
American Women, and Emerging Leaders in America.
She has presented extensively at conferences and worked internationally. Her style focuses on business results while building
positive organizational capacity.
